Who am I?

I’m a 29-year-old UX designer based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a strong foundation in understanding people—shaped by years of experience in sales and customer service. My creative drive has always been present, whether I was making short films or designing websites. UX and interaction design became the perfect space to combine my empathy for users with a passion for thoughtful, functional design.

UX Experience

I studied Interaction Design at Stockholm University, where I also gained hands-on experience through internships and freelance work.

• Firi (Internship) – During my first year of university, I interned at Firi, a Norwegian crypto platform. My primary task was to redesign their trading UI to improve usability and clarity for both new and experienced users.

• Firi (Freelance/Return) – In my final year, I was invited back to Firi to work on the “Explore” section of their crypto app, focusing on content discoverability and user engagement.

• Pearch (Lead UX Designer) – After graduation, I took on my first role as a lead UX designer at Pearch. There, I developed the company’s brand identity and designed their entire website experience from the ground up, covering everything from wireframes to high-fidelity UI.

Career Background

Before transitioning into UX, I worked in sales and customer service roles for companies like Linas Matkasse, Klarna, and TUI. These roles helped me build a deep understanding of user needs, behavior, and pain points—skills I now bring into every UX project I take on.
